A refund/cancellation will only be accepted if the item(s) purchased by the customer have a manufacturing defect that is not addressable by the terms of warranty agreed upon by the customer. The refund will be subject to examination of the item(s) by Sahil International regarding physical and technical damage. No cash or refund of money will be allowed, but the item will be replaced or exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.
